Hotel LA RESIDENCE HOTELHOME in PARIS FRANCE Hotel LA RESIDENCE HOTELHOME 36 Rue George Sand - 75016 PARIS - FRANCE Hotelhome Paris 16 is a hotel residence of a small, friendly size, situated in a residential area of Paris, close to the Trocadero, the Eiffel Tower and the Auteuil and Passy quarters. It proposes you 17 spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms as well as a wide range of guest services.

Located in a Haussmanian building with a charming interior garden, most of the 17 apartments of 30 - 65 m² can accomodate up to 4 persons, for a stay of one or several nights, several weeks, or even several months. Hotelhome proposes degressive rates, varying according to the duration of the stay. (Room rate 'PR3' : minimum stay of 3 nights / room rate 'PR6' : minimum stay of 6 nights).

The recently refurbished apartments dispose of a minimum of two rooms (a bedroom, a lounge, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom or shower room). All of them have a direct dial telephone, cable TV with many foreign channels and Wifi Internet access. The largest apartments are air-conditioned.

The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils. The bedroom is provided with a double bed or twin beds. The lounge disposes of a dining table, chairs and armchairs and a comfortable double or twin (two separate beds) sofa bed.

The rates are indicated for 1 or 2 persons. Each extra person pays an extra charge of 20 € per night.

The Residence Hotelhome provides a wide range of guest services and offers a daily cleaning service (room maids make the beds, clean the bathrooms and empty the bins) and weekly full cleaning service with change of all the provided linen (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, and cloths).

The hotel residence offers a personal welcome adapted to the guests arrival and departure, as well as and a full range of services customized to guest's specific needs : secretarial service, fax and e-mail service, shopping and grocery delivery service, laundry and dry cleaning, access to the laundry situated in the basement, organization of baby-sitting.

Beyond the opening hours of the reception, a 24-hour call centre is at your disposal. A security code allows guests to enter the property when the reception is closed.

Pets are accepted : 5 € per night.

No breakfast available, as each apartment has its own kitchen. However, guests can take their breakfast in the 'Salon de Thé' of a nearby bakery. (Continental breakfast : 8 € per person).
