Cancellation without penalty is only possible up to 31 days prior to the expected date of arrival.
Within 28 - 31 days prior to the expected date of arrival, 70 % of the total amount corresponding to the whole stay will be refunded.
Within 21 - 27 days prior to the expected date of arrival, 50 % of the total amount corresponding to the whole stay will be refunded.
Within 20 days prior to the expected date of arrival, or in case of no-show, the total amount for the booking will be charged.
